I wonder how many civilians and officers have the Israeli arrested or killed in the past years. But nevertheless as Bush said, every country has the right to defend themselves against terrorist acts. So, if there are new "terrorist" acts in the States, please refer to Mr. Bush's comment. After all, they have killed innocent civilians all over the world, and although, they call it collateral damages, to their families and their countrymen, that is also considered terrorism.
